The multi trillion-dollar global energy transition is stalling because of a costly bottleneck.
We don’t have enough people, and we don’t have the right skills.
No people means no energy transition.
Up to one million new jobs for skilled technicians will be created in the UK, and as many as 30m globally by 2030. But current training is slow, expensive, and fails to get people job-ready.
At Greenworkx we are solving this pain for employers with a platform that helps them train and upskill their workforce.
We do this through digital training and certifications and through an engaging, data-backed learning platform.
Launched in 2022, Greenworkx has already built a community of 10,000+ aspiring green workers, trained over 500 in accredited Level 2 and 3 retrofit qualifications, and helped dozens secure roles across the climate economy.
